If you're attending the Sports Leadership Congress, consider arriving
March 25, Thursday such that you can attend the full
roundtable sessions on March 26, Friday. Or if you're attending
the private meetings on March 25, fly in March 24.

As a regular attendee, please consider arriving anytime Thursday
or Friday such as to explore the new MIT athletics facilities,
and attend the opening reception on March 26, Friday, and/or sit in on the SLC (all are welcome, it's just that the talks will be focused on sports group leadership).

HOTEL

The Cambridge Hyatt is the official hotel for GLAF and the Conference. They have generously reduced their regular rate for the conference. The Hotel confirms the following guest room rates (guaranteed until Feb 26):

Single Occupancy: $119
Double Occupancy: $119
Triple Occupancy: $144
Quadruple Occupancy: $169

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 12.45%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department. The telephone number is 800-233-1234 or click here to do it online.

Their rooms are suite-like and most with nice outdoor patios, with a view of the stunning Boston skyline and the Charles River.

Hyatt Regency Cambridge hotel offers a spectacular setting along the Charles River adjacent to MIT and central to Harvard University and Boston University. When you travel to Boston you'll arrive at Logan International Airport, and the Hyatt Regency Cambridge is only 5 miles away, close to major hospitals and the Hynes Convention Center. A spectacular 16-story atrium overlooking the city skyline welcomes you to 469 guestrooms in our Boston hotel, including Hyatt Business Plan and exclusive Regency Club Boston accommodations. As with the best of Boston airport hotels, ours provides complimentary shuttle service to locations within Cambridge and Boston proper.

OTHER HOUSING

We realize many of you will be coming from very far and so we will also be looking into hosted housing options, see availability on our bulletin boards here.

AIRFARE

For those that are sports team/league/organization leaders,
please consider arriving Thursday evening, March 25, such
that you may be able to participate in the round table discussions
on the Friday. Everyone else should consider arriving into town
on Friday for the opening reception/cocktails. The
conference concludes on Sunday evening after the various
sports exhibitions and social networking functions. See program details.

Boston has a number of low-fare airlines that now fly here, such as Delta's Fly Song and JetBlue. Also see American Airlines, United Airlines, ATA, and others at Orbitz, Travelocity, Hotwire.com, and so many others.
