Athletics and health go hand-in-hand. Come
learn smart and healthy ways to pursue athletics. Learn from experts
how to prevent and manage injuries. Be assessed by doctors and
therapists for various problems. Try acupuncture or yoga for the
first time. Come and learn about the health benefits of massage and
how you can improve your athletic performance with different
techniques. Most clinics will run on Saturday afternoon, but there
will also be yoga classes on Sunday morning as well as a 5 KM Fun
Run along the Charles River.
THERE WILL BE SIGN UP SHEETS AT REGISTRATION FOR SPECIFIC TIME
SLOTS or come for one of the walk-in appointments. Even though these
sessions are complimentary, there are limited sessions and signup
slots.
IF YOU ARE COMING FOR AN EXPERT ASSESSMENT, DRESS ACCORDINGLY IN
SHORTS AND SNEAKERS or just bring them along.
