Gay Marriage and the New Family
Even with the debate on Gay Marriage in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Gay Families already exist. Adoptions
and parenting already exist today. Today's family isn't that "new",
and this panel explore the values and issues they face, many of
which, are identical to their straight counterparts. For instance,
It's not only straight family's that want to raise kids to be famous
quarterbacks.
Speakers:
- Ed Hudner, he and his partner, a triathlete,
are raising twins
- Eric "Gumby" Anderson, track coach and
author of "Trailblazer", recently married to his partner
- Helen Carroll, NCLR, representing a number
of gay families on these issues
